For the last 7 years I have worked in non-profit management for an animal welfare charity, focused on the rescue of sick, injured and orphaned wildlife.

I've managed fundraising, marketing, communications, membership and training projects and am implementing new systems to improve our community engagement, income and most importantly our ability to help more animals faster.

In the past, focused on minimising risk and maximising profitability, I've managed product development for multi-million dollar brands and accounts for over 10 years, including Berlei, Formfit, Vanity Fair, Marks & Spencer, Addition-Elle and Lane Bryant.

Transformation by design, producing innovative, quality products, services and programs, with maximum efficiency for maximum impact is my specialty.

Making a difference by design, animals and travel are my passions.

I love designing, refining, optimising and reinventing; products, services, processes, systems and organisations, to increase efficiency and positively impact people, animals and the environment.

My project management expertise was developed working extensively with major brands and international clients managing new product development in the fashion industry for over a decade and my speciality is managing projects with cross-functional teams from design to delivery.

I've completed a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Marketing and Human Resource Management, Certificate IV in Design, Certificate in Photography and a Colour Design Diploma.

I blog about design and travel, manage freelance design projects and I've spent the last 7 years in non-proft management in animal welfare.

I am always looking for new opportunities to help individuals and organisations creative positive change.
